Partner
Chris has several years of experience in financial advisory and M&A. He began his career at 1602 Capital Partners, which merged into IMAP Netherlands in 2024, where he worked on numerous (international) transactions across a wide range of sectors.
In 2026 Chris founded Leithonpark Advisory together with Dennis. He serves a broad range of clients, drawing on his wide transaction experience regardless of sector or deal type.
Partner
Dennis has more than twenty years of experience in financial advisory and M&A. He began his career at PwC and subsequently worked at RJ Partners, an M&A boutique based in The Hague. At Acomo N.V. he served as Head of Corporate Development & M&A, responsible for the company’s international growth strategy. Alongside transaction experience, that role gave him valuable operational insight into business. He later co-founded 1602 Capital Partners, which merged into IMAP Netherlands in 2024, where Dennis continued as a partner.
After this experience at larger organisations, Dennis deliberately chose a smaller, hands-on setting in which personal attention for the client is central once more. In 2026 he founded Leithonpark Advisory together with Chris. Dennis serves a broad range of clients, with a particular focus on IT Services, Equipment Rental and Waste Management.
