Leithonpark Advisory is an independent corporate finance and advisory boutique for entrepreneurs, shareholders and investors. We combine solid financial expertise with genuine attention to the business, the people behind it and the considerations that come with every engagement.
Our approach
Good advice begins with a relationship, not a transaction. We take the time to understand the business, the interests involved and our client’s objectives thoroughly, even when an engagement spans several years or moves through different phases.
At Leithonpark Advisory every engagement is carried out personally by one of the partners and is not handed over to associates or assistants. No layered team structure, no changing points of contact: the partner who takes on the engagement is the same partner who sits across from you throughout, always available and your first point of contact.
We map out the available options carefully and give a clear, independent opinion, even when that opinion is uncomfortable. Where a transaction involves several parties with differing interests, we explicitly safeguard our client’s perspective. We take responsibility for both the substance and the progress of the process, always with an eye on the long term.
